A patient schedules a 30-minute consultation. The pharmacist joins the virtual appointment and uses SynapseRx to review the full medication regimen: drug interactions, side-effect contributors, clinical nutrition gaps, and what to do about each one. This is not a counter conversation squeezed between fills. It is a dedicated, compensable clinical service that makes your pharmacy the clinical authority in your market.

Adherence Support

Following the consultation, the patient may receive medications in your pharmacy’s branded unit or multi-dose packaging to simplify adherence.
